4. SHIPPING POLICY {#shipping-policy}

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories outside the 50 states. If your address falls in one of these categories, please contact us before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship from our US fulfillment center via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order weight and destination.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date. Times are estimates and not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather, and peak periods (holidays, Black Friday) can extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method selected. Promotional free shipping is available from time to time on orders meeting the minimum threshold posted on the Site.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order using the carrier’s website. If you don’t see a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email contact@hue-and-go.com.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 7 days at contact@hue-and-go.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailboxes).
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.
- Email us — we’ll help where we can.
